The property was beautiful, the shuttles made it easy to get around, everything was very clean, food was good for an all inclusive as well. There are many pools and the beach was better than I expected. There are also amazing views of the water from almost everywhere, and a very unique set up to the hotel with 6 different 3 story sections spread out and all directly on the beach.

My wife and I really enjoyed our time here. Great food options, quiet beach access and amazing staff. The hotel isn't too far from off-resort activities, although you will need to drive to get around. Highly recommend, we'd come back again.

Rooms are spotless and staff are so kind and friendly. This hotel maintains high standards for service. This is my second time staying here and I plan on coming back. It’s quieter, more luxuries and there is ample privacy. The food is wonderful. So fresh and delicious. One comment is that the dinner restaurants are not as delicious as the lunch and breakfast buffets. The attention to detail is also immaculate. The resort is also so beautiful and really focuses on marrying nature, modern architecture and Mayan traditions. Love this hotel.
