「Good location with small parking area. Very welcoming staff, offering helpful advice on local area. The room itself was of very high standard and lacked nothing that I needed for my stay. Highly recommend the superb cooked breakfast for a small extra cost.」

「Location of the hotel conveniently close to the town centre. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were pleasant and helpful.」

「We had a great stay. Everything was perfect and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and communicative before we came up. We will definitely use again, next time we come up and stay!」

「This place was amazing! It was very clean, quiet, and easy to find. We had no issues at all and really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!」

「Stayed at Brockencote in early September 2026. It was a very enjoyable visit. Highly recommend for peace and quiet, friendly staff, beautiful location, safe and easy parking, short distance to many local attractions. Must do's include Harvington Hall, Warwick Castle, Kenilworth Castle, Black Country Living Museum, Worcester. It is also not too far from Cotswolds tourist sites. The staff were excellent. 「Horrible smell from bathroom sinks. No ventilation nor air flow in bathroom. Air conditioning noise is too loud」

「Honestly I just spent 3 days in that hotel and if there was a word better than flawless and amazing I would use it. 10/10 and highly recommend.」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, we were assigned a Club Room next to a Suite with a connecting door, and the soundproofing was extremely poor. We could clearly hear loud conversations, shouting, and piano playing from the suite until the early hours of the morning, making it difficult to get any rest. The comfort of this room depends entirely on the guests staying in the suite next door. I regret choosing a Club Room and wish I had booked a standard room instead. I would also...
