Really disappointed. Room condition (especially bathroom) was poor - bath not draining, tiles hanging off wall, needs a redecorate. The breakfast was nice but we were sat amongst a sea of uncleared tables. The hotel is definitely only an equivalent of a 4 star - there are better in London for equal money. I would not stay here again or recommend it. Overpriced for the service.

Oct 11, 2018Make sure you get tickets on their website as early as possible, they release tickets a week prior, and they run out fast. If you missed it like I did, they have walk in hour at 10-11 in the morning. I went there at 9:30 and was allowed to go up right away. Amazing view and relaxing environment, best of all, it is free!
