Lovely staff throughout the hotel. We ad the Executive King room which was nice but still quite basic but did what it needed for one night. Breakfast was lovely as were drinks on the rooftop bar.

Location has great views, located near two train stations and many pubs/restaurants — yet away from the city noise! Building is immaculate and the Lobby bar service is warm and friendly! Say hi to Nico and Sai behind the bar. They make great recommendations beyond their cocktails!

First we got one room with a very strong chemical smell, we went to the front desk talking to the customer service lady who signed the room to us and she changed our room without bad smell. The hotel location is terrific, it has a walking distance to many attractive places for visitors. We'd like to stay there again.

I have reserved the connecting rooms, however the hotel provided us the "Sweet room". The probrem is this "Sweet room"is smaller room than we have reserved. so, I have negotiated more than 1 hour to change room. The breakfast menu is same for 4 days. I will book other hotel when I visit the London next time.
