First room given was a dump the toilet didn’t work and the room was in very poor condition, requested to be moved to another room was better, the building from the outside looks nice but the hallways in the floors are in need of remodeling, should. Use hard floors, no rugs it’s difficult to roll heavy luggage over rugged surfaces. Staff were nice and friendly.

Staff was super nice! Beds are SUPER comfy, the area is close to the city, but in a safe quiet spot, the underground is a very close walk, along with shops and dining! if you go I recommned trying some of the dining inside the Hotel as well! Overall great experiance!

Lovely staff throughout the hotel. We ad the Executive King room which was nice but still quite basic but did what it needed for one night. Breakfast was lovely as were drinks on the rooftop bar.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. It is very close to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, two of our favorite places to visit. There are several shops and eating places nearby. The hotel is more business-friendly every year.
