"Very clean and calm place to stay and area is also very accessible to the subway and shopping places which is really nice and excellent places to eat around as well."
"I love staying at The Aoyama Grand. It's been my favorite hotel in Tokyo for the past 5 years. I have visited around six or seven times: a beautiful property, amazing rooms, and an extraordinary location. "

Tokyu Stay Shibuya
10/10 Excellent
"What a wonderful place to stay in a new country. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. The room was clean, roomy and had a washing/drying combo. I was able to fly back to the US with clean clothes! Its within walking distance to two subway stations - plus a mall that's attached to hotel (Mark Story Hotel) which also lets you off at Shibuya Scramble Crossing.
There were lots of cute small restaurants to eat, but if on a budget - There is a Family Mart, Lawsons and 7-11 that served very good meals as well. There is also a local supermarket right across from the entrance.
Lastly they will hold your luggage if you come earlier than check out and a few hours after check out. So you get the most out of your trip in Tokyo. They also hailed us a taxi to the airport. If I go to Japan again I will stay here again."
"Our stay at the Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyo was excellent from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, polite, and very helpful—they even refrigerated my medicine and ice packs for our return trip, which I really appreciated. They also delivered extra pillows to our room quickly with a smile.
The room was spotless with a perfect view right over Shibuya Crossing—an unforgettable sight at such a reasonable price. The size of the room (and the bed!) was just right for two adults, and we were very comfortable. The private bath was clean, stocked with earth-friendly products, and featured a bidet toilet. The water pressure in the shower was incredible—it could do it all, anything from watering a houseplant to power-washing a driveway, at whatever temperature you like, all at the turn of a knob. Towels were thick and absorbent, and thoughtful touches included a full-length mirror, two comfy chairs with a coffee table, a desk, small TV, and a fridge with a built-in thermometer—perfect for anyone who needs to monitor medicine storage.
Blackout curtains ensured a great night’s sleep, and the hotel itself is beautiful, with a nice restaurant and café inside. Right outside, there’s a great food market and a French pastry shop, and of course you’re right in the middle of everything Shibuya has to offer. There was even a free interactive ghost story attraction nearby—but I was too much of a scaredy cat to try it since one of the features was spooky sounds coming from all directions!"
"This hotel is in a very convenient but quiet area of Shibuya. Walking distance to many attractions with lots of restaurants nearby. The room was small but that’s expected of Tokyo. Room was clean and comfortable. "
