Convenient stopover, on bus route to yumoto onsen and hiking trails. Lovely onsen at the hotel which we used after hiking and in late evening. Half board option gave us an excellent dinner in Japanese/French style
Very well located infront of bus stop number 28. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again.
The view from the hotel is awesome, the service of the hotel is exceptional, the food in the hotel is superb. The best hotel that I had been to in japan. I love it so much that I miss it. Thank you
Lady who checked us in was friendly and tried her best to communicate with us in English. Room was large with an beautiful view of Lake Chuzenji, though the room was tired looking. Because they have an onsen, no toiletries (except hand soap) was provided. I booked the room at $190 sgd and felt it ...
have xc ski facility, onsen is very good, spacious room.. but these should be expected when you pay that much
Old hotel. Room was worn off, stain everywhere, back of toilet was cover with dust. Sink was not clean. Food served for an hour only.
This hotel's best factor is its location, deep inside the Nikko National Park. Great bus access to go hiking and see the best waterfalls ever. The little town is a hot spring town, which is great, although there is not much besides the hot springs. The hotel room itself was fine and much more spacious ...
A nice hotel close to the lake. Nice room, good service, nice food.
