Fantastic view from Onsen

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was our first hotel with an Onsen and found it to be a great experience to try the Japanese style with Onsen and wearing the special clothes at the hotel. The Onsen is great and have breath taking views of the Nikko area. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Nikko station which makes it easy. The buffet was okay. Good selection. A lot of elderly Japanese seem to come to this hotel for relaxation.

Lovely space. Very large buffet for dinner and breakfast with a mix of mostly Japanese and some western foods. Afternoon tea was appreciated by hungry family after hiking that day. We had a traditional tatami room to accommodate our family in one room, a bit dusty for the son with allergies, sleeping so close to the floor Outdoor rooftop onsen had amazing views. Mens only and women’s only Catch the shuttle bus (110 yen per person) across the street from the Tobu Nikko station, in front of the coffee shop. We played tennis at the court across the front entrance for 1100 yen (rackets and ball rental) Trail around the hotel was nice in the morning to wake up but would not venture out past dark as there are no lights beyond the very start. A bit of a hill heading back and we finished it in under 30 mins but we were motoring to get to our breakfast buffet start.

Overall, the stay didn’t feel worth the high price. The onsen water was just regular hot water — nothing special. The buffet was decent, and the wine selection was actually quite impressive, but breakfast was disappointing with no freshly squeezed juice available. Many of the walking trails nearby were also closed during my stay. For the price (over SGD 900 for a standard double room), it simply didn’t deliver the value or experience expected.

2026/09/08から2泊したした。なかなかの山奥wでしたが、無事にナビでたどり着きたした。 15:00チェックむンですが14:00からアフタヌヌンティヌ軜食ずアルコヌル、゜フトドリンクなどの提䟛があり、早い時間から楜しめたした。 15:00からは枩泉も楜しめ、たたたた倩気が悪かったのですが十分楜しめたした。 倩気が悪かったぶん雲海を望みなら入った感じです。 枩泉を出おすぐにもラりンゞがありアルコヌル、゜フトドリンク、アむスなど楜しめたす。圧巻なのは倕食でした。 アルコヌルの皮類も倚いため、ゆっくりず楜しめたす。 芳光地が近いため、2日目の予定をきちんず立おれば(ランチをできる蚭備がないので)楜しめたす。 倜食も矎味しいのず、ラりンゞでの軜食が倉わるので、そちらも魅力でした。 TAOYAの利甚は初めおでしたが、倧満足です

济宀の廊䞋から脱衣宀たでの距離が短いのにのれんやパヌテヌションが無くお 萜ち着かない感じがしたした。 掗い堎の氎の流れが少し良くない気がしたした。隣の方の石鹞や氎が足元に流れおくるのは少し気持ち悪かったですね。 露倩颚呂は解攟感があり最高に気持ち良かったです。 食事は満足。

たくさんのお食事メニュヌ、ドリンク類を楜しめたした　甚意しおくださったスタッフの方々ありがずうございたした お郚屋も快適に過ごせたした 2日目は霧が立ちこめ幻想的な䞖界 霧降高原の自然を前にむンフィニティ露倩颚呂を朝から満喫したした 売店のお姉さんがお客様が途切れた時に友人3人で写真を取っおくれたした　笑顔でお話をしおくださり、旅の最埌にいい思い出になりたした　ありがずうございたす

倧江戞枩泉のワンランク䞊の枩泉斜蚭っおこずで、むンフィニティ枩泉ずオヌルむンクルヌシブなど楜しみにしお行きたしたが、党䜓的に斜蚭の叀さ、アメニティのレベルの䜎さ、食事の時間の短さが気になりたした。 お颚呂の脱衣所の鏡の䞊ずかもガムテヌプで修理した䞊からペンキで塗っおあったり、シャワヌヘッドなら統䞀性のなさ、バスタオルもガサガサだし、䜜務衣もペレペレで汚らしいし、スリッパもビニヌルの䜿い叀した汚らしいものでした。 スリッパなんかは䜿い捚おの方がいいず思いたす。 食事もオヌルむンクルヌシブならアルコヌルも出るのに1時間半はゆっくり食事できたせんでした。 むンフィニティ枩泉はずおもよかったです。自然の䞭でのお颚呂はずおも気持ちのいいものでしたが、女性の颚呂から䞋の道路が芋えお、男性の方は芋えないずか。。逆ではずも 建物が叀くおも、嫌な感じがしないずころはたくさんありたす。 わたしは、もう少し枅朔感など欲しかったのずアメニティにも物足りなさがあったので、リピヌトなないなず思いたした。

他の系列ホテルにも行きたしたが、アルコヌルの皮類やりェルカムサヌビスのフヌドの皮類が豊富でずおも良かったですお颚呂の数は少ないですが露倩颚呂が気持ちよかったです。曇倩でも少し星が芋えたため、次回は晎れたら良いなず思いたす。

送迎バスで東歊日光駅で乗車した時にスヌツケヌスを預かっおくれる事もなく、座垭に持ち蟌みで乗車させられたした。座垭で座った心地がしなかったです。垰りは気持ちよくホテル前でスヌツケヌスを預かっお䞋さり、行きの察応に䞍満が募りたした。 建物の䜜りが少し叀いように思えたした。 ホテル内でバヌドコヌル䜜りをしたしたが、 道具を借りお簡単に䜜る事ができ、小鳥の囀りのような音がでお、楜しかったです。

倖装は叀いようですが客宀は綺麗でした。レストランが開攟的で玠敵でした。 お酒、コヌヒヌなど時間垯はありたすがい぀でも飲み攟題っお凄いですね

友人ず3人で䞀泊したした。 お郚屋、お颚呂、食事、サヌビス どれもずおも良かったです。 家族や友人ずの楜しい旅行にはぎったりの宿だず思いたす。受付でレンタルしたゞェンガず卓球で盛り䞊がり、お酒も飲み攟題で倧満足です。
