"最寄りの駅（東武日光駅）から徒歩は難しいですが、タクシーで10分弱くらいです。コロナ対策もしっかりされていて、チェックアウトごとに部屋の除菌をされています。部屋のお風呂はユニットバスですが、1時間ごとの予約制で大浴場を貸し切り利用できるので、2泊3日の滞在期間中、大浴場を利用しました。ゆっくり入れるので日中の観光の疲れを癒す事ができました。小型犬同伴での利用でしたので、犬OKの部屋を予約利用しました。小型、中型犬用のケージ（飛行機に預けるようなハードケース状の）があり、外出中はこの中で犬はお留守番しました。オーナーご夫婦も犬を飼ってらっしゃって、犬連れにご理解があり安心しました。おもてなし精神いっぱいのオーナーご夫婦で、お話も楽しかったです。奥様は外国のご出身で、私の主人も外国人なので、外国人のゲストの方はさらに安心できると思いました。お世話になりました。 We really enjoyed our stay. "We had a fantastic stay at this Ratuken property! The fit out of the projector in the bedroom, and the comfortable furniture make this a very comfortable stay for two. It would easily handle more people. It's a sizeable apartment. The private semi-outdoor onsen/bath with artificial minerals is a fantastic touch. Very relaxing! It's a short walk from town and there are convenience stores nearby. Highly recommended! "

"Convenient location, across from Nikko station. Some corners of my room were slightly dusty, but overall, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel may be a little dated but this didn’t bother me. Facilities are well-maintained. Enjoyed the on-site onsen and complimentary beverages in the morning and evening. There was a slight issue at check-in which the helpful staff worked to resolve."

"It was a nice and spacious place, surroundings are quite pleasant and not touristy. However, inside the apartment it was not very clean. There were food stains on the table, and food crumbs everywhere. The floor was not clean too, which is surprising by Japanese standards. In the day, it is bright and nice but that is a problem when the sun rises at 4.30am. The apartment and bedroom does not have any blackout curtains so once the sun rises, you cannot sleep well."

"Our family enjoyed staying in the quiet countryside. The reservation includes a breakfast and dinner buffer, which was delicious. They also have complimentary drinks and snacks from 3 to 6pm. The hot springs felt relaxing as well. The hotel is isolated, and the nearest convenient store is a 10 minute walk away, but the trees and mountains really make you feel immersed in nature. Great reset from the hustle and bustle of city life."
