It's great to have a pool and hot spring on site. There are not many eateries in the area, so buffet is good. Because the hotel is big, buffet and hot spring can be very crowded. You many need to adjust time to avoid the crowd. In room bath tub is very dated and looks scary. They charge for towels ...

Great amenities, decor, food and service. All-around winner if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway from a city. I do wish there were some snow then it would have been even more beautiful
Amazing stay and can't wait to return. Absolutely loved the room, the beds were incredibly comfy and the view was amazing. We rented a private onsen and it was perfect. (We also got engaged at the hotel during our stay so it was extra special) Hope to be back soon!
