Good size rooms n very well furnished n comfortable . Many onsens in the hotel . 10 min walk to train station.

Great location for visiting Nikko Shrines. Historically significant hotel built in 1873. Huge room. No bathtub in bathroom, only shower. Beautiful lobby. Try the trout for dinner.
Very nice hotel, although there’s no shuttle bus that takes you to the hotel from train station, but there’s a city bus that takes you and pick u up right in front of the hotel
The private hot pool was fantastic with lovely views over the surrounding garden and forest.
