「I'm not sure how to review this place because no one ever got there. I missed my flight, but a fried was supposed to stay there. 「This is our second time staying here. We love it! The staff is so kind & accommodating. The food was great, especially the al a cart restaurants. The Koi & Braseria are our favorites! The beach is beautiful with lots of beach chairs. If you want great drinks, see Jeremius at La Palapa bar & Marco at the lobby bar. They can make almost anything. Rooms are spacious & clean. "Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. However, there were a few issues we’d like to share as feedback. We had previously arranged a surprise for our anniversary, but communication stopped and it was never carried out. Also, towels were not replenished despite our request. On our last morning, we also found a very large cockroach in the bathroom. We understand this may happen in tropical areas, but we wanted to inform you. We hope this feedback helps improve future guests’ experiences."
