I liked the variety of the resteraunts but the drive to the resort from the main road, was bumpy and not very attractive. The pictures online were deceiving as the beach area was very small and filled with seaweed, was not able to enjoy.

Upon check-in, the receptionist informed us that our booked room was in a construction area and offered an upgrade for high amount per night. He then pretended to consult with his manager, hiding behind a wall, and returned to say that the manager had accepted a reduced rate for all nights. He privately offered us a further discount, suggesting lesser amount for the three nights. When my husband negotiated, the receptionist ultimately agreed to upgrade the room for another amount in cash. This behavior appears highly unethical and unprofessional, as it seemed like a scam to take money directly from us. I believe this practice is not in line with the service standards I expected from your establishment. This experience has significantly impacted our trust in your hotel. Could you please address this issue and provide a resolution? Adding to that the hotel has no beach area for guests which is not available on the website. This is inaccurate website description. Very disappointed experience

Really good quality experience. I think this place is perfect for older people or families as it isn't really the scene for younger people like myself. It's isolated, quiet, and you can't really use the beach because of the rocks. Breakfast buffet was really good, restaurants portions were small but as an all inclusive were you can order multiple mains at no extra cost it wasn't really much of a problem.
