"L’accueil et les environnements sont très agréables.Mais l’équipement du logement était limité (un four mais pas de plat pouvant aller au four, micro onde qui ne fonctionne pas)Aussi le logement est collé au portail de la résidence faisant énormément de bruit tout au long de la journée et surtout dès 6h du matin… il faut prévoir de quoi camoufler le bruit pour pouvoir dormir…"

"This is a decent old hotel with a rooftop pool in a central location in Madrid. Some floors have been renovated and others are close to original. We stayed two days, checked out, went to tour the Alhambra in Cordoba overnight, then came back to this hotel for two more days. The difference in rooms is a problem. Our first room was newly renovated but the bed was not a king but two smaller beds pushed together. This was a disaster. So on our second stay we asked for a room with a king size bed. We were given one in the unrenovated section. This room was sub par. No USB to charge phones and a sub standard bed. When asked they moved us to a better room that was perfect. All in all it was a decent stay with breakfast included."

"The walls are very thin. I could hear someone peeing every time they went to the bathroom. There was also a funky smell in the bathroom. And this might just have been the night I was there, but there was someone outside screaming and swearing at the top of their lungs for hours in the middle of the night. It was not a restful night."
