"The hotel is beautiful!! I loved the attention to detail with how items were laid out and hidden in plain site. We were also able to move the beds to make the room better for our needs. We found the room spacious and the beds were comfortable. The view of the city, from our room on the 29th floor, was amazing. The spa was magical. You are provided water, fridge, slippers, pj's,body scrub and great quality shampoos, conditioner and lotion. The room has an open concept plan where you can block the visibility into the shower. My one complaint is the shower is only blocked on one side and you enter the room via the closet/bathroom, leaving the shower/person exposed. I would definitely book this hotel again. Just be mindful of bathroom limitations regarding who you travel with."

"This was our favorite hotel of our trip. We had a great time here! We loved the room, amenities, and especially the shower. The rooms were clean, the beds were clean, and breakfast was awesome (also our favorite of the trip). There was a few nights the bar downstairs was lively with performers and good drinks. The hotel is a decent walk (~30 - 40 minutes) to any shopping (Chuo ward/Dotonbori) or dining. There is a train station right next to the hotel if walking isn't your thing, and makes it really easy to travel to and from. Everything closed really early near the hotel itself. We found a few spots close by that were very good and low priced (some told us we were the first visitors they had from the US). There is a family mart right under the hotel so late night snacks are easy. Again it was our favorite stay of the trip, plenty of walking, sightseeing, and easy transportation (Osaka Castle is a short walk as well). We will definitely stay again."

"Located just one minute from Nakazakichō Station and about 10 minutes from Umeda and Shin-Osaka stations, this hotel is wonderful in every respect. Although the room is of a "standard" size for Japanese hotels (small by U.S. hotel standards), the property is exceptionally well situated, close to restaurants and shopping. It also offers a good breakfast buffet, and the staff are attentive and eager to help. Furthermore, the hotel serves as an excellent base for exploring not only Osaka but also Kyoto, thanks to its proximity to the major hub of Umeda Station and nearby transit facilities like the Hankyu and Shin-Osaka stations. I would definitely stay here again, as the staff are truly attentive and take care of every little detail one might need while traveling."

"The front desk staff were eager to assist us. Very cheerful group. My only nitpick was the laundry washer and dryer didn’t accept cashless payments with Suica or Wise. Instead you need to download their payment app which I was not able to work on my iPhone 13. But the hotel staff were willing to break a 1000 yen note to give me 100 yen coins to feed the washer and dryer. The hotel’s location is really good. It sits atop of a vast underground shopping mall and tunnel complex connecting to the train stations. It’s very convenient. Outside on the surface there’s also nearby shops and numerous restaurants across the main street. There’s a 7-11 convenience store two units down the street. I would come back again to this hotel."

"Really loved this hotel. The staff were amazing. So many small amenities that were such thoughtful touches. Loved the jammies they provided. Bed was firm but of good quality. Sound from the busy street was sometimes audible but that’s a small price to pay for being walking distance from all the Osaka action. Would definitely stay here again!"

"가족들끼리 숙박하기에 호텔보다 좋은 숙소였습니다. 큰 침대, 식탁, 조리도구, 세탁기 등등 시설도 좋았지만 캐리어가방을 두개나 펼치고 있어도 여유가 있는 방 사이즈가 제일 마음에 들었어요. 다른 일본 호텔들은 협소해서 통행이 어려웠던거에 비해 여기는 정말 여유로워서 부모님이 정말 좋아하셨습니다. 그리고 발코니도 있어서 차 한잔하면서 여유롭게 지낼 수 있었어요. 위치적으로는 우메다역과 나카자키초 사이에 있어서 난바에 가기도 편하고 오사카성에 가기 편했습니다. 숙소에서 역까지는 대부분 도보로 7~9분이면 다닐 수 있어서 성인에게는 큰 무리가 없었고 다니는 거리 근처에 돈키호테, 오니츠카타이거 같은 매장들이 있습니다. 난바나 신사이바시의 경우 줄을 서서 입장하는데 우메다는 줄 안서고 바로바로 입장할 수 있어서 정말 좋았어요. 우메다 쪽으로 가면 사람도 많고 시끌벅적한데 이쪽은 현지인들의 조용한 정취를 느낄 수 있어서 조용한걸 좋아하는 저는 너무 좋았습니다. 근처에 잘 찾아보면 오코노미야끼 맛집, 고로케 맛집 등 현지 맛집들도 있어서 만족스러웠어요. (줄 안서도 되는 점이 제일 좋았습니다) 우메다에는 좋은 쇼핑몰&백화점이 있어서 쇼핑하기도 좋았고 간사이공항까지 가는 리무진도 우메다역에 있어서 시간 맞춰 버스 탑승 가능해요."
