" From the greeting we received when we first arrived to the service we received shipping our bags when we left, everything was wonderful. We have recommended the Imperial hotel Osaka to family and friends already. Shipping our luggage was confusing as we have never experienced this magical service in the USA. The Bell desk made the process easy. We felt very confident about the whole thing. Breakfast buffet was great. The staff is helpful, polite and knowledgeable. We appreciated their willingness to help in English. It was a great stay and we will be back."

"The staff are very polite. Since we have an extra voucher left for breakfast we cannot use it for our last day because we have an early flight they book us for lunch instead. I was a bit sad about the amenities at first like the cotton/swab etc bec it was not on the amenities area but you need to ask at the counter for those. Our stay is very pleasant.. The location is very ideal for us tourist near the shops.. Thank you"

"Overall great experience. while the rooms lack the space you might expect from a western hotel the accommodations remind you that the real fun is outside your hotel room. lobby activities (snack, drinks, and bar) are free and provide a lot of value to the trip and opportunity to meet other travelers. the 2nd floor spa is an ideal way to bathe and preferable to the small shower/bath in the room. however, the bath is deep and fills quickly. great experience, close to everything, would stay again"
