"The room was okay. The code on the property was not given to us until 4:05pm, so we had to wait outside the building after a long flight. We were tired, check in time was 4pm. They could have offered us an early check in. "

"This was great stay! There is no reception or staff as you’re virtually renting an apartment. The apartment is absolutely brilliant and so spacious. Would recommend for longer stays as it is really spacious. Its in a great location with great connection to the downtown area. Great connection to Shin-Osaka, Umeda and Namba as well. The area surrounding the apparent has good eating options, couple of convenience stores and also a little shopping arcade. "
