Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic accommodation with seperate toilet and bathroom and kitchen facilities. The building is incredibly secure and close to multiple stations and bus stops including a fifteen minute walk to Osaka station. Close to restaurants and convenience stores.

Great accommodation! Best for family of four. There’s a kitchen for cooking, microwave, fridge and electric kettle. Washing machine is a plus. There is no dryer, but you can use the bathroom drying/heating option.

Stayed here for 5 days. Very lovely appartment. Grocery store right across the road, which was very convenient. Local bus very close but train is about a 15 minute walk. We would stay again.

We liked this hotel overall - it was safe, clean, in a good area, close to shopping and dining, was about 15min to JR. Only thing we did not like were the beds - they were incredibly hard and uncomfortable and that’s saying a lot when we typically enjoy harder beds.

Highly recommended

I stayed here for three days, and it was a fantastic choice. The location is very convenient, with two nearby stations, markets, and convenience stores within easy reach. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials. I also really appreciated having a laundry machine. The only minor improvement I’d suggest is dusting the air vents and heaters. But overall, this place is excellent, and I highly recommend it! I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel room as just as advertised with no hidden surprises. This hotel is self check-in, and despite being my first time as such it was no hassle at all. All the information you need is sent to you weeks prior to arrival. The room itself was clean and spacious and housed the three of us well. Great place if you're staying in Osaka and want to be close to transport and shopping outlets.

Overall good place to stay while in Osaka and Umeda station. Facilities are good including great shower and in suite washer. Tatami and beds were good. Only negative is the toilet smelled bad. Close 10 min walk to the Midosuji and Sakaisuji and Tanimachi lines allowing you to get to the different parts of Osaka. 36 bus for those tired days of you want to avoid the walk. Many conbinis and Life supermarket nearby. Good food options as well close to 2 shopping streets. Overall a good place as long as the facilities stay clean.

A practical, clean and safe option for a family visiting from overseas. Checkin is a bit tricky so research it before hand. When entering your room for the first time tap on the glass to reveal a key code (took us 5 mins to figure that out after a tiring flight!)

Decent accommodation and it's within walking distance to Osaka station, food and restaurants. Check-in is confusing to someone who doesn't read the instruction, and past reviews are not helpful. As soon as you walk in, sign on to wifi for better reception, scan the QR code from the left tablet, and enter your personal information and hotel confirmation#, call the host using the tablet on the right, he will provide you with everything you need to gain access to your room. I will come back again.

Great space however quite far from the train station very convenient supermarket within 2 min walk. Loved the bunk beds could pay to have toothbrushes. Also you have to set up other beds yourself so after a long walk prepare for that instead of straight away sleeping. They also have detergent next to washing machine and dish washing liquid next to the sink. Apart from the location I really enjoyed this. To check in you receive all the details in advance. After the entrance to the property there’s a gigantic locked door where you put the pin and then unlock. Then you go up to your floor and put in another pin for the door to the apartment.

Has modern Japanese toilet and bath is a plus and the basic bath amenities. No clothes detergent and no fresh towels even with the complimentary room cleaning for staying seven days. Which was not clearly communicated until it was too late to opt for cleaning. Front desk chat says active but will take at least 4 mins to answer a simple question. Beds area marginal in comfort as they are just layers of futon. Location is far from subways and trains. Nearest one is 15mins away. Have stayed in much better places with similar facilities. 2 out of 5 stars at max.
