"Stayed at two different Apa hotels. Wife like this one better. Has a 7 11 inside the building on the 4th floor. It was our go to spot before journeying throughout the day. It also has a smoking area if your into that. They have money exchanger inside if u have foreign currency. The only thing about it the room is it is small. But I guess that’s normal size in Japan. Good enough for two people and some neat arrangements of the luggage. They also have space to slide some large suitcases underneath the bed. About 8 min walk to Namba station. About 10 to 15 min to dotonbori. Staff was good. "

"Comfortable and clean room, good location in the middle of Umeda. May be difficult for some people to find in the complex Umeda area. Excellent dining and shopping options available in the 8 floors below the hotel (lobby is on the 9th floor). Highly recommend. "

"Highly recommend the breakfast buffet. The staff were super helpful. The This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel when visiting Osaka. It's close enough to all the subway and trains, but just far enough so it's not so busy. There are so many restaurants nearby "

"Staff is helpful and able to speak english. Check in and check out are easy. Just need to remember to throw the used towel and trash bin at room door. All instructions are written in card. The breakfast is super, love the burger, tomato, salad, avarcardo. Free drink and hot water on second floor. Hotel is 3 minutes walking distance from life supermarket. "
