Very courteous and helpful staff. It's very close to a subway stop and walkable to the JR Osaka station and various stations around it. it's a budget hotel, so about par for the course, don't expect much more than that. However, when I booked it said it could sleep 3 (2 adults + a child) and that's not true. There's only a single double bed, so unless you're all very tiny, 2 is more realistic.

It is an excellent and convenient hotel to stay at if you are on a budget (as the name implies), and it still looks like a semi-premier hotel on the inside. The breakfast included was also great. Although I understand the dedication to eco-friendliness, the fact they only do room service once every 3 days wasn't my cup of tea. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place to stay as it's also decently close of many train stations.

Its in the name, budget.. Some feedback for the management: - tv is very old, it is the 1. generation smart tv without YouTube or Netflix. Its 2024... so - There is a waterboiler but no theabags, what is the purpose then. For less demenading travelers its ok for a fair prcie.
