"The hotel was really nice and the rooms as well as bathroom were spacious. There were a lot of amenities and room service was great without fail everyday. The area was close to a station but there wasn’t much to do around there. The staff were very kind and helpful when asking for directions or holding luggage. "Hotel location is approximately 15min walk to Osaka Station making it very walkable. We stayed in a Premium Room which provides access to Club Lounge on 24th floor and ability to access this for light breakfasts, afternoon tea, and light dinner as well as complimentary wine/beer from 6pm-8pm. It was very convenient of anything. 2 mins walk from Yodoyabashi metro station and property has Japanese onsen ♨️ (communal hot bath), sauna @ B1 which is bonus on this property. I stayed 15th floor room was cleaned but no view. There are many restaurants and bars, convenient stores near by. It is center of city. I will go back to stay this hotel. Highly recommended. "
