The hotel was gorgeous. The room was huge. We didn’t eat here for breakfast, but we did have the buffet dinner which was delicious. This is definitely a more premium hotel and the restaurant prices reflected this but there is a 7-11 next door for cheaper options. It was walking distance to Universal Studios which is why we chose this hotel and the train station is conveniently across the street.

Didn’t have any breakfast there, but had the course meal at the first floor bar - it was delicious and great personal atmosphere. Walkability to train station was amazing, didn’t need to catch train to universal city if you don’t mind a small walk. Lawson & 711 convenience stores right outside was also great! Bath house spa option also wonderful. Massage area could be more private, no doors so sound carried through a lot and could hear lots of noise in what would’ve been a peaceful spa massage. Overall a wonderful experience & would stay again!

Oustanding staff! A special thank you for staff helping with train transportation at concierge. She was extremely kind, friendly, professional and guided us to excellent miso ramen shops in Kyoto and train information from Liber Hotel to Hiroo station in Tokyo. Our room was very clean and staff took pride and great care of us and the room. Front desk staff check in was smooth, professional. We highly recommend to other guests and look forward to a future stay at the Liber for a return visit!! Absolute perfection!

The location of the Liber Hotel in Osaka is very convenient — the JR station is right across the street, and I could even see Universal Studios Japan from my room. The hotel itself is beautiful, with an elegant lobby and stylish common areas. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and come with plenty of amenities that make your stay enjoyable. However, I unfortunately cannot give a good overall review because of a very unpleasant incident. One of the provided pajamas was soiled, which was extremely disappointing and made me feel sick. It completely ruined my experience and made me want to leave immediately, though it was already late at night. This was a very unfortunate event that overshadowed what could have been a great stay.
