There are also plenty of restaurants near the property, Family Mart is only 3 mins walk, and quiet neighborhood. Only 5 min train ride to Osaka Castle. "This was a very clean and secure hotel. So much security per floor to stop randoms from going in and out. There is a 24 hour Lawson on second floor and close to Rinku town. A lot of space in the room. Bed was super comfortable and washroom was spacious. Wish I stayed a little more but was well worth the stay. Plus the dedicated free airport bus in the morning made it perfect"

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. Check in and check out was very efficient. The room and beds were very comfortable. The bathroom and other amenities were wonderful. When in the room, one needs to put a room key or card into a slot near the door to keep lights, outlets and power working.We recommend keeping a card in the slot at all times, especially if multiple people are staying in the room because if the card is removed by a guest to leave the room while other in-room guests are still sleeping, the power will cut off. When the card is reinserted, the lights default back to bright, which may awaken the in-room guests. Overall, a wonderful stay in an excellent location."

"Amazing stay for my first time in Osaka. The hotel was amazing and well maintained and the staff was unbelievably helpful. They made luggage transfer to Tokyo an absolute breeze. They have laundry facilities on the third floor as well as an ironing and steaming room. Will definitely use them again when I come back to Osaka."
