Excellent accomodation, super clean and extremely comfortable. So close to Dotinbori and the train stations! Would recommend to anyone staying in Osaka looking for a place close to transport and Dotonbori!

It was very small but comfortable. Great value for the price. Easy walk halfway between the JR loop line and the Nankai and subway lines. It was also away from other tourists so felt very authentic

Great room with everything you need. Landlady was very nice and gave us umbrellas when it was raining outside. Only downside is that it is very noisy, you can hear everything outside. There seems to be a lot of motorcyclists, and they are extremely loud at night which makes it difficult to sleep even with earplugs.

Looking forward to staying here during future trips. The communication and directions made accessing this space extremely easy. Its in a great location and i loved being able to wash and hang dry laundry there. They even provided a hang dry specialty hanger, it was very hot and humid during my trip so being able to have fresh clothes was a HUGE WIN. Area was close to the train lines and there were plenty of restuarants right outside. Beautiful space well kept and great amenities. I will be back. THANK YOU

A nice clean stay with a balcony and local experience. Wish it was closer to a station, but walkable. Many people ripping on their vehicles at the night, but the owner leaves ear covers. Quick to reply and easy check in

VERY very noisy at night. Dryer did not work. Toilet room is very small, so not tall or big people friendly at all. You have maybe 3 inches of space between your knees and the wall when sitting. Bed was hard. Only good thing is the place was clean, close to train/bus stations and communication was good.

My partner and I stayed while we were visiting Osaka and this was the perfect space for us. We found it had all the amenities we required (bidet, washing machine with drying rack, small kitchenette, air conditioning). It’s also nice that there is a place to throw out garbage downstairs if it gets too much. After reading other reviews, we disagree with others on the location being “too far”. We thought it was perfect! The bus stops are just outside the entrance (or across the street) and it was easy to reach the subway as well (5 mins down the street). There were also 2 konbini’s (Yamato services provided) and a grocery store very close by! We only discovered a few restaurants on our final night so sadly we were unable to try them but this is perfect condo is perfect if you want to avoid being too close to the busy areas (15 min bus ride at most) and at an affordable price. We will be staying here again in the future :)

Location was good and easy to get around. Close to Namba and Dotonbori by foot. Bed was really comfy and clean. The only issue was that small centipedes tried to get in from the hallway. We had to isolate the door with toiletpaper to keep them out. Perhaps they are season related nuisance. Never the less, they seemed harmless and didn't ruin the experience too much.

Good access to nearby stations, 28 mins walk away from Dotonbori which was great. Place was clean and had great amenities. Only thing I really can complain about was the windows are paper thin, you can literally hear everything happening outside, there was a lot of construction early in the morning and loud motorbikes revving their engines all night, earplugs were provided this did concern me when I saw them and I guess now I know why 😭 other than that I would recommend the area for the location and it was fairly clean and spacious compared to other places I’ve been to in Japan 😊

Totally fine, I can't find bad thing from here. best for couple trip for USJ, baseball game in osaka dome, and umeda〜namba. If hotel can designate mandatory factor (dish washing, throw garbage), it can be prevent minor confusions.

Room was nice and clean. This was one of the smallest hotels I stayed in. I don’t recommend for more than two people. I stayed with my two friends so there wasn’t really any space for luggage. So either get a big room or less people. This was a great room overall, clean and cute. If you wanted to cook it has a small kitchen with utilities to use. It’s a great room for a solo or couple traveler. They even have in-washer unit which was a life saver. There is no dryer but they provided hanger rack for drying clothes.
