"Beautiful place quiet and location is perfect "

"料金の安さから期待していなかったですが、思ってた以上に清潔でちゃんとしていました。髪の毛がたくさん落ちていたので掃除機（施設に置いてある）だけかけました。なかなか施設管理の方と連絡が取れずチェックイン前に荷物を置きたくても返事が返ってこず置くことはできませんでした。 必要と感じたものは 洗剤、スリッパ（トイレ用）、お風呂の椅子、キッチンペーパーくらいであとはとても充実していました。 駅から徒歩5分かからないのですごく便利で周りには飲食店もたくさんあり、うちは酔っ払いの声などは全然気になりませんでした。洗濯機もきれいで次亜塩素酸の消毒を持っていきましたがそのまま使えそうなくらい綺麗でした。 駐車場は狭いたので大型車は止められず近くのコインパーキングにとめました。 全体を通してまた次も同じところで良いかなというくらい良かったです。"

"Another fun property for my family. We were delightfully surprised at the coziness of the space. Had all the essentials we needed. The area itself is not too far from Shinsaibashi station but with that being said, a 20 minute walk is worth the sight of all the shops and stands along the way!"

Their little gift also made us feel welcomed. The only regret is that we booked one night - definitely will come back and stay longer next time. "

"Hitoshi was super friendly and provided all the informations needed for a pleasant stay. It is nestled with in a residential area making it nice and quiet. It was nice to try to stay somewhere other than a hotel. It had more than enough space for my family of four and they have added touches to ensure that kids feel comfortable."
