料金の安さから期待していなかったですが、思ってた以上に清潔でちゃんとしていました。髪の毛がたくさん落ちていたので掃除機（施設に置いてある）だけかけました。なかなか施設管理の方と連絡が取れずチェックイン前に荷物を置きたくても返事が返ってこず置くことはできませんでした。 必要と感じたものは 洗剤、スリッパ（トイレ用）、お風呂の椅子、キッチンペーパーくらいであとはとても充実していました。 駅から徒歩5分かからないのですごく便利で周りには飲食店もたくさんあり、うちは酔っ払いの声などは全然気になりませんでした。洗濯機もきれいで次亜塩素酸の消毒を持っていきましたがそのまま使えそうなくらい綺麗でした。 駐車場は狭いたので大型車は止められず近くのコインパーキングにとめました。 全体を通してまた次も同じところで良いかなというくらい良かったです。

家族6人（全員大人）でUSJに行く為に2泊利用しました。 耳栓・使い捨てスリッパ・洗面器・消臭剤・洗濯用洗剤・延長コード・歯磨きセットを持って行く事をお勧めします。 【耳栓】酒場が近くにあるため酔っ払いの大声がうるさかった。 【使い捨てスリッパ】トイレにスリッパが無かった。 【洗面器】お風呂に洗面器がなかった。 【消臭剤】施設のにおいが気になった。 【洗濯用洗剤】「洗濯用洗剤あり」とあったが「コンビニで購入してください。残ったら置いていってもいいですよ」の表記。前の宿泊者が残していったと思われる洗剤を使わせてもらった。 【延長コード】コンセントが２つ付いてるベッドは２つだけ、他のベッドそばにコンセントはあったものの枕元ではない。6口延長コードを持って行って正解だった。1階のイスをベッドサイドテーブル代わりに置いたら何かと便利だった。 【歯磨きセット】アメニティなし 一軒家は大人数でも気兼ねなくお安く泊まれて良かったです。何より西九条駅がすぐ近くで超便利。翌日あべのハルカスに向かう時もスムーズでした。 テレビは見れなかったけどYouTubeやNetflixはOK。USJのYouTubeを見て予習してから行く事ができました 大きなテーブルとイスもグラスもたくさんあって、テイクアウトしたものをみんなで美味しく楽しくいただきました。楽しくなり過ぎても大騒ぎは近所迷惑になるので厳禁です。 駐車場有りは嬉しいですね。ただ高さのある車は駐車場の高さを確認した方がいいかも知れません。
