「No Parking close by to drop off luggage. Treacherous, steep downhill path through a park to take several heavy suitcases. "This hotel was wonderful for me. Check-in and check-out are done on a touch panel, and if you have any questions, the staff will help you. The room was very clean. There are no amenities or a hair dryer, but I knew that in advance, so it wasn’t a problem. There was an issue where hot water didn’t come out of the shower, but when I asked the staff, they fixed it right away. The hotel is located in the middle of a busy downtown area, so there are plenty of restaurants nearby. You can get to the airport or the Eurostar station without transferring. They can keep your luggage after check-out for a fee. If I visit London again, I will definitely stay here."

"ブリッジビューを選び毎日素敵な景色が楽しめました。ツインの部屋でしたが、広かったです。シャワーの水圧は少し弱めですが、許容範囲です。 2人で泊まりましたが、1人が寝てる間にダニに10ヶ所くらい噛まれてしまい大変でした。スリッパやパジャマはなく、冷蔵庫もありませんでした。ドライヤーはありました。常にタワーブリッジが見れるのでブリッジが開く時間を調べて部屋から見ることもできました。 "

"ロンドンに来る時はほとんどここに宿泊しています。もう10回以上は泊まっています。古くて狭い電車ですが、ヒースロー空港からピカデリー線直通の40分くらいで、駅からも徒歩15秒と超便利です。ホテルは新しくはないですが、清潔で、安くはないですが価格も手頃です。また宿泊します。"
