"Opening night was on a FRIDAY! Bad planning. Only 1 elevator working, no hair dryer in the room, no water glasses, AC control was broken. Room was smaller than portrayed."

"Surprisingly not bad, near everything. While everyone went to tlTimes Square, we veered left to Hell's Kitchen neighborhood for dining and found wonderful little hole in the wall restaurants. Room is a little noisy from the sounds of the city, but it is to be expected since you're so close to such a popular area. Definitely will stay again."

"The room was tight and not very clean, especially for over $300 for 1 night. We booked a king and received 2 double beds. Hotel staff just wanted to get done so didn't provide information about amenities or anything else. I wouldn't bother to stay there again."

"Front desk was very friendly. A man named Mohammad who allowed us to check in early and gave us a room upgrade. Very helpful and accommodating so would recommend this hotel. The rates are pretty good and you are close to Penn station which is easy to get uptown or downtown to all the tourist spots. The hotel room itself is clean and the bed was comfy. I don't think I've ever said this before, but shower pressure was too much - only downside of the room. Aircon, coffee, towels - everything you need. The breakfast bar (Starbucks) downstairs is great addition and perfect to get a morning coffee on your way out. We stayed the day we checkout, but you can store your luggage until 11pm for $5. Again, would definitely recommend."
