「Worst staff ever encountered. I made a booking with this property through Expedia 10 days before my travel. Check in time was 3 pm. There was nowhere mentioned that you cannot do a late check in. We reached the property at 9:30 pm and called them as their main office was locked from inside and no staff was available. It was all dark and lights were pretty much off. A lady picked up. I told her I have a booking with them. She just told me there are no rooms available, the last room they gave it...
