"I hair dryer didn't’ work. Toilet paper holder was half pulled off wall. Front desk was not very accessible. Porch light was on and had no on/off switch. Kept the room half lit all night."

"This property is amazing. This was my first time in Broken Bow and my first VRBO, and I am beyond impressed. Everything was so clean and very relaxing. There was immense attention to detail with all amenities and decoration. The host has done a very great job. "

"I had requested a handicapped accessible room, but was told they were booked. No elevator so my mother had a very hard time going up and down the stairs. The room was a standard room, so no handicapped accessible bathroom. The toilet was too low and the grab bar in the bathtub was broken, which made it very hard for my mother. The a/c wasn't really doing its job. The fridge was humming loudly that we thought it was very windy outside. My key card wouldn't work the second day. Tried to contact manager and finally got her after several phone calls, knocking on the office door and ringing of the bell on the counter. (Probably about fifteen minutes) Looked like I awoke her from sleep. The handicapped parking wasn't close to the front door, and had standing water around the front door parking. Maybe owner should consider putting in an elevator. I'd hate to see others struggling trying to get to the second floor. These broken things should be repaired, but I'm sure it doesn't get logged. "

"Wonderful! The size was perfect for a couples retreat. The 3 direction, waterfall shower was very nice and the jacuzzi tub worked well to relax after the long day of exploring Hochatown and nearby areas. We didn’t use the hot tub but it was ready for use if we chose to. The basic necessities are there but bring your own bathing shampoos and soaps, coffee for the pot and any food/drinks you’ll need for the trip. "
