It’s a brand new hotel with lovely clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful facilities including a gorgeous pool/ bar area and just steps from the beach. The staff in particular went above and beyond, especially Glenisha at the front desk, Sandra at the breakfast bar, our server Johanna and Laura in housekeeping. Their kindness and attentive service went beyond the traditional hotel experience. If we are ever in Gulf Shores again, there’s no where else I would want to stay! "
