The room was clean, the service was wonderful, the people are fantastic. The food at the buffet had a great variety of options. The only complaint I have is there were children at places that were for 18 and older only and nobody asked them to go elsewhere.

We just returned from Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun as a family of five (2 adults, 2 kids under 5, and one grandparent). Let’s get the only negative out of the way: the showers in both rooms wouldn’t fully shut off and dripped constantly. Maintenance should fix that. Everything else was excellent — and we’d absolutely return. We booked a family suite (two connecting ocean-view rooms). Spacious, comfortable, and perfect for early bedtimes. The Kids Club (starts at age 3) was a major reason we chose this resort. It did not disappoint. The staff were fantastic, we felt completely comfortable leaving our kids there, and the small water park was a huge hit. The beach was calm, swimmable, and beautiful — ideal for young kids. Beach service was outstanding (thank you, Chantal!). Pools are spread across the property with shallow ledges and kid-friendly areas. Food was great. Il Contoy was our favourite for all meals. The steakhouse (shout out to Alan), Italian, and Teppanyaki were also excellent. Book restaurants when you arrive. Service throughout the resort was warm, attentive, and especially kind to children. Evening entertainment was enjoyable without being overwhelming. Overall: easy, relaxing, family-friendly luxury. Fix the showers and it’s near perfect. Would absolutely return.
