Hotel is ideal for families with small children. Pool is not too big which is a good thing for smaller children but unfortunately closes at 8 everyday. Kids pool was smaller than what I thought and secluded from rest of the hotel. Food was good but not too many options. Staff was very nice and hotel was clean at all times. Overall was a good stay!

Nice resort! Great Ocean view! I Would say property needs some updating rooms, floors throughout the rooms & resort super slippery. Witnessed several falls from kids & Adults. My biggest complain would be MOST staff were not feiendly.

I thought the place was beautiful! The food was okay , but there weren’t many options and it was very repetitive. I had to contact them twice to fill my mini fridge and my shampoo containers . The room was nice , cleaned everyday . My main issue was def the food . The beach location was absolutely beautiful! Make sure you check out and give them The bracelets back lol

Family friendly is why we chose it my kids had a blast but did not enjoy the food, it was like a fight to get a chair to sit on by the pool, the beds in the rooms were terrible to sleep on me and my children and husband got bit a lot not sure what that was but we couldn’t sleep at night… Everytime you walked out of your room to go eat or go to the pool its like the staff are waiting for you to try to sell you something or have you watch an presentation to get deals on snorkeling and other activities this was everyday you walked out of breakfast l, Lunch, dinner and they are waiting outside, the location was great we could Walk Across The street and go shopping go get Starbucks that was very convenient we tried the Italian restaurant in the resort we did not like it.

My family enjoyed the hotel. We stayed six nights and we really enjoyed the beach access and the kids pool. We were very appreciative that the towels were always freshened and the room was always cleaned. The restaurant serving staff was excellent. The buffet was also very good for breakfast lunch and dinner and we really enjoyed the snack bar that was available throughout different times of the day. There was some construction which required extra walking to access the kids pool and there was a smell of smoke our last two days in the hall that we were in. There was a smell of sewage or dirty drain in the shower since we had arrived other than that, the stay was a positive experience. The beach access is much nicer than the others around the area- I noticed this as we walked the shoreline. I recommend renting the beach canopy beds early in the morning as they were cheap and came in a bundle with food and drinks.

The food was very limited and didn't had many choices for kids. The staff is very punctual to close bars and food ,but when it came to open they were always running late. Swimming pool was way too small and always packed with people. Some of the workers had bad attitude not all of them but some. The buffet always serving same food with very hard meat.
