Staff was very friendly and helpful! Felt very at home despite being thousands of miles away from home. There aren’t too many restaurants or shops within walking distance, however very close to the train station which gets you to Sannomiya within 10 mins! Our room and bathroom were very neat and comfortable (the pic I uploaded is the day we left, so don’t think that’s how we walked into it the first day!). This is in the bustling area of Sannomiya and a quick 5 minute walk to the train station. Super convenient, clean, and affordable. I saw both local and international tourists during our stay. All the staff were great! I liked the washer and dryer and breakfast buffet. My only feedback would be to leave the free toothbrushes and pjs in the lobby for people to pick up if they need it - I felt bad they kept replenishing our supply of both in our rooms. I will stay here again and would recommend...
