"Our room overlooked Kobe Port, offering a stunning night view. It was spacious and featured a jacuzzi in the bathroom with a view of the Kobe Port Tower. Despite the aged appearance of the room and hotel facilities, the outstanding service from the staff more than compensated for it. The in-room breakfast was also delightful."

"Really loved the location, in Chinatown, but still felt quiet. Close to stations, but we walked around a lot and found the location centralize to Kobe's sites. Free noodles at end of night was a really nice touch. "

"We stayed at Kobe Plaza Hotel West and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel has its excellent location right on Motomachi shopping street, just a short walk from Motomachi Station and close to restaurants, shops, Chinatown and other attractions — making it ideal for sightseeing and exploring Kobe on foot.The beds are not small at all. "The AC was only set to heater or fan, and I couldn't seem to change it to cool, but fortunately it was a cold night so it was fairly comfortable. It was a very nice hotel, and not too far from Sannomiya station, which has loads of restaurants and shops! There was also a nearby convenience store for late night snacks. The property was very clean and quiet, and I had a lovely two nights there. I would definitely go back again if I am in the area!"
