The Oriental Hotel was very comfortable and attractive with lovely views of the bay or mountains. The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and overall very charming. We stayed for 3 nights. I would rate this hotel as PERFECT. There are a few great things: - Super quiet. I am extremely sensitive to noise, so big kudos to this. - Great location. 4 min from Nagahoribashi station, and 8min from Shinsaibashi station. Walkable distance to Dontonburi and Shinsaibashi shopping area. - Friendly and multi-lingual front desk. - Clean and spacious room. It's an extremely big hotel room in Japan. I will stay here again the next time visiting osaka.

Excellent hotel.

This was a large apartment. It has a metro station right outside, a 7-eleven across the street and a mall down another street.

Great rooms with closet and Japanese style bathroom. Availability of laundry machines shown on TV channel. Great breakfast buffet. Japanese garden on 9th floor. Very responsive front desk. Great hotel for bad weather - you never need to go outside. Giant quality restaurant food hall on 8th floor. Amazing hotel

Excellent location. Unique hotel with impressive design. Extremely clean. Ocean view rooms are worse the price. Very accommodating staff. The breakfast buffet is excellent and appealing to everyone.

Greatly enjoyed my time in Osaka thanks to the Mitsui Garden hotel. The shuttle service from Osaka Station makes it very convenient and staff were very friendly. Communicating in English with staff was not a problem. They also have self check in and check out kiosk you can access.

The best hotel

Great location, walking distance from the train station. Clean, friendly staff. Lots of free snacks and drinks, including noodle soup in the evening. Large hang out space at the lounge.

Great location

Very very nice spot , room was a very decent size compared to what you get around Japan. Wonderful staff, safe and clean. Would definitely recommend. Favorite place I’ve stayed in Osaka by far.
