"Great location, great hotel and very clean rooms! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved that there is a great coffee shop and an ABC store in the hotel. It was so convenient. I’m so glad I switched our hotel reservations to this hotel at the last minute. Thank you!"

"This is the perfect location for visiting the area. Just a 5 min walk to the stores and restaurants. There is a small public beach right next to the complex. Magic sands beach is a walkable distance or can take the heliobus. The supermarkets Kta or Foodland sack n save is fairly close. You really don’t need a car if you’re staying here. The unit is fairly well appointed. The kitchen has most everything one would need. Friends visiting commented how nicely the place was decorated. The view from the lanai is unsurpassed. Stunning sunsets every day. The bed is quite comfortable and lots of storage space for clothes. Convenient to have a washer dryer in the unit however if you any sensitivities you may want to bring your own detergent pods. Have given the host a few suggestions to make the renter experience even better. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend. "

"Convenient location, enjoyed many activities around Kona, walkable to town. Several great snorkeling beaches in the area. Easily accommodated 6 adults, enjoyed the lanai and views every morning and evening! The pool /hot tub are great. The only issues is the carpet is stained in several spots, some outlets don’t work, and the dishwasher smells musty. But that being said, I would definitely book again. Location made everyone in our group happy!"

"Great location. Easy walk into the heart of Ali'i Dr. shops and restaurants. Nice room, had everything we needed. Elevator wasn't working, didn't bother us as we were on a lower floor, but those above us didn't have it so easy. We were told the "parts were on order". Hot tub by pool also wasn't working, were going to call in someone to "look at it". Pool was perfect. Would definitely return. Beautiful scenery. "
