"Everything about this hotel was good. The only thing that I had a slight problem with was the shower head didn’t move. When I did try to move it, the whole shower head fell off. I was able to screw it back on, but that was quite a surprise after a looooong day of traveling from NY."

"Nice hotel EXCEPT my resort view room looked over a large rooftop of gravel. Not the view in the website pictures. Busy location with shops and places to eat. Good on-site breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Asked for late checkout but didn't get it. Had to ask for temporary passes to use resort while waiting for evening flight and was given a wrist band for pool but not able to use a bathroom with it??? That was very inconvenient. Something about a system upgrade which was supposed to be seamless. Too bad it wasn't. Front desk staff just okay."

We appreciated the amenities provided, including beach chairs, noodles & a cooler. The condo complex does need to fix the broken elevator & could make the pool area more inviting though."

"The apartment itself is wonderful, great location. The checkin and associated rules about parking, trash, etc. were a pain. The underground parking garage was a mess. I was there during Hurricane Lala, and they extended my stay but forgot to tell the cleaning crew and forgot to extend the door code so I was briefly locked out."
