「Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day」

「Excelente la experiencia en estadía en el 1912 Hotel Boutique de Cayey. Me quedé junto a mi esposo por un asunto de trabajo en Cidra pero nos encantaría regresar. Al momento no tienen ascensor pero próximamente lo estarán instalando junto a otras amenidades que tendrán. Apoyemos lo nuestro!!!」

「Clean room, friendly staff, ample parking, public beach w/ ample parking, great local food & bars nearby. Beware the noisy rooster/s that don't just squack in the morning! They're kind of adorable as I'd never seen them before in person, but they can ruin a good afternoon nap 😉 Also there's at least 5 tattoo shops nearby. Toa Baja is about 30 minutes from San Juan, I'd highly recommend a rental car. Using ride share services is an option, but a rental suited my needs better for sight seeing...

「The hotel itself is located along a busy stretch of expressway a couple miles from SJU airport. It’s about a 10 minute walk to a gorgeous beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The pedestrian overpass has about 25 steps on each side.. not for someone with mobility issues. The elevator was not working. Parking is very limited. Check in was fast and efficient with pleasant and friendly staff. Room was comfortable though kinda small. Nice bed and large walk in shower. Nice little pool with bar...

「Room was clean nothing to bad to complain about the rooms staff was ok even though they have you wait long to order or come to you. Pizza stop was great they greeted us and answered all questions we had. The front desk was unorganized after seating 4 hrs on the plane to get to the hotel which we got here at 1245 hoping i can get early check in they made me wait 4 hrs for a room even after check in was at 3pm we were not happy . It took til almost 4 to get called for a key and the line was...

「Great hostel type environment. Quiet private bedroom, shared bathroom/shower areas quite clean. Did not use pool but it looks great.」
