I love that arrived at 9 am and check in was 3 pm and they immediately accommodated me into another room that was perfect so i didnt have to wait. This hotel is a 15 min walk to condado and very cloe to everything.

Stay there for a vacation and everything was perfect. The staff were amazing and everything was close by. Just be aware the parking a lot is small. They do have the balcony which is perfect for the view.

Fantastic stay and would not hesitate to book again. Great location, room was very comfortable and clean. Shower was hot, AC worked great. We appreciated the room fridge and microwave. Entire staff was very helpful and attentive. Quiet and safe at night.

I stayed here with a group of 11 teenagers. It is good stay with lots of nearby places to eat. You can't go wrong there. They need to settle on better parking access (give the guests their own buzzer for the gate, charge extra if anything). The bathrooms in the rooms needs upgrading, some parts rusted which shows the property age. Other than that this is a good choice for a budget stay, and they are adding breakfast options soon.

The property was within walking distance of a local food store(Pueblo); the first front desk representative(Luis) was friendly, conscientious and extremely helpful in assisting with directions. The hotel has the potential to be very good but there was NO hot water in the room from the shower head; only cool water but if the shower water was run long enough it became barely luke warm. The bathroom sink had hot water. The beds were comfortable and firm without any sinking of the mattress when sat or laid upon. The air conditioner and refrigerator worked fine.

Check in was smooth, staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were in good condition, the bathroom was good and the bed was quite big. I’d say the only problem was the parking situation but once you check in, you can park in the gated area across the street, unless there’s parking available behind the hotel but it’s difficult.

The room was good and the air conditioning was amazing. Bathroom needed some improvements yet satisfactory. They had a refrigerator and microwave! They also have a washing machine. The staff was friendly and helpful! All in all not a bad stay. Would stay again.
