「We loved our stay! The one bedroom with kitchen was perfect for our family of 4. Pool was big with enough space for everyone. Beach was gorgeous, pretty wavy/dangerous for swimming if untrained. 「This is the second time I stay here for my trip and never had issues but this time housekeeping didn’t come to clean my room, I had to call the front office to ask why. I did not have the DND sign up and it took hours to get the roomed cleaned I did not like that. 」

They're kind of adorable as I'd never seen them before in person, but they can ruin a good afternoon nap 😉 Also there's at least 5 tattoo shops nearby. Toa Baja is about 30 minutes from San Juan, I'd highly recommend a rental car. Using ride share services is an option, but a rental suited my needs better for sight seeing...

「The property was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful. My only concern was the front desk was always busy and short staffed. My late check out was messed up and we got locked out of the elevator and our rooms, so I had to wait in a long line to have it corrected. Other than that it was a 5 star experience. 」

「Impressive lobby and pool area. The ocean/beach area is run down and could be nice if they would rake it and spend an hour a day working on cleaning up the sand.
