"There price was a good value for the rooms that it provided. But the place needs some up keep to make it enjoyable. The laundry room was full of dirty linen and the dryer did not work. We had a lot of rain on night where the first floor was getting flooded and water was sipping on the upper floor bathroom window. "I'm a local who stayed a few nights because I was attending a festival. The place is really nice and cozy. I swear they have the best AC on the planet. Everything was organized and tidy but not clean. The floor had been swept but not mopped for a while, we had to keep our shoes on because our feet were black from how dirty the floor was.
