I have a disabled young person who was swimming in the specialolympics, due to the airport parking it was really difficult to park no disabled spaces , there were hardly any and after a full day my daughter was exhausted, I was told it was first come first served by the reception woman, really crawly customer service . 「Brilliant stay! Our room (family room) was lovely and spacious with lots of storage. The swimming pool was a great little pool with a toddler splash pool too, and great showers. Little sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were a nice extra, and the staff at the leisure club were very friendly. The breakfast buffet had lots of options - everything you need. Also loved how easy it was to access York on the buses.」

「Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, wir hatten Blick über die Stadt bis zum Meer. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, die Bushaltestelle ist sehr nah und der Hotelshuttle ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Auch ein Schwimmbad zu haben hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Einziges Manko: Das Thema Nachhaltigkeit könnte weitergetrieben werden, noch gibt es täglich kleine Shampoo und Duschzeug Fläschen. Und zweimal wurde die Klimaanlage bei offenem Fenster angestellt. Aber trotzdem klare Empfehlung unsererseits!」

「The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. 」
