Hotel was pleasant but finding your room can be a mission! Nice bar & restaurant on site and access to the pool area was a nice bonus. Walkable distance to the main city and staff were nice. The bath plug didn’t seem to work though.

Everything about this hotel was truly wonderful. On arrival we received a warm welcome followed by a free room upgrade. The room was roomy, well equipped and clean. The hotel facilities also did not disappoint - the spa was a good way to start the day, whilst the food in the restaurant was of a high standard. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back if we are ever in the area again

Nice pool for kids. Nice breakfast. Cheap parking and not far away from the city centre. Though the room is a bit deteriorated but overall it's a good experience to stay, recommended for family.

Beautiful rooms Great pool and spa Unfortunately the room was terribly hot and we were moved to basement which was cooler we were told hotel had no air conditioner but the website says otherwise! Wouldnt stay again knowing that especially when we paid extra for an upgraded room.

Brilliant hotel

We had a great stay with our 5yo son. He adored the pool! Our room was large and had all we needed. The hotel is close to the city centre so a great location. Staff were super friendly. Bar food was good too

Stunning rooms, fantastic complimentary gifts for my partners birthday! Great views with a beautiful property not far from the town! Breakfast was a brilliant range of foods and drinks on offer and staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout the hotel! The spa area was a nice little bonus within the hotel! Family friendly hotel close to the city centre which is within easy reach via public transport. We had a family room which was very spacious but the bathroom was dated and in need of a re-furb. Great breakfast with lots of choice and friendly staff. Our children enjoyed the pool but it is quite small and felt very busy at times.
