「Attentive staff, beautiful grounds, breathtaking, clean beach. Quality of food at some restaurants was mediocre but selection across multiple restaurants was amazing!」

「It was my first time in Turks and Caicos and it really had all the features you would want when you travel to an island like that extremely impressive beach some of the clearest water I’ve ever seen. In addition, the staff went above and beyond every single time every interaction with them fun friendly, extremely accommodating will absolutely be returning. Cannot wait to come back. Having the kitchenette and being able to whip up some breakfast on the fly is also a blessing.」

「The property was serene, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. We had a two bedroom suite which was spacious and included all of the necessities to prepare meals at our leisure. If you are seeking relaxation with superb service, this is the place. Lastly, but certainly not least, Delores at the Almond restaurant was phenomenal and took the best care of our family. We will certainly return in the future. Thank you, Shore Club, you made our first trip to TCI unforgettable!」

「Worst hospitality I've experienced. Location is great. facility is nice and modern. However we think staff's hospitality couldn't be worse. They don't intend to care of the guest AT ALL. When we checked-in, no one was at the reception. We found a staff in the office and ask her to check-in, but she said she felt cold and seemed not to want to spend the time to explain about the hotel at the reception outside. She explained very quickly how to open our room's door, but nothing else about...
