ビーチにいくとベッドがフリーで貸してくれます。ボートレンタルやツアーの手配も簡単 プールで冷えてもジャクジーがある 夜のライトアップもキレイ ビーチ沿いのホテルはWプライスですがビーチに行けば同じ並びに ビーチベッドがある。

ロケーション良し

近くにスーパーマーケットやショッピングモール、日本食を含めいろいろなレストランがあり、物価の高いこの島でタクシーを使わずに、歩いて行動できるのでこのホテルに泊まります。

This is a beautiful island with gorgeous beaches and wonderful eateries and restaurants. It’s a small community yet perfect for us. The Pool was great, staff friendly and there is room for improvement with upkeep and cleanliness. Beds were comfortable and linens of very good quality. Breakfasts were delicious and coffee very good as well. A very friendly place and we’ll go back. Pam

Ports of Call is located very well in an area with plenty of dining, shopping and is reasonably priced for the area. The room was nice and clean, and the only issue we had was bad water pressure from the shower. After reporting this the showerhead was replaced within 2 days and it worked perfectly thereafter. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very simple, and the bar drinks were way overpriced, with way nicer options within a 3 minute walk. The pool is nice but we gravitated to the beautiful beaches instead. Beach chairs and umbrellas are free at the POC section of the beach but you have to get out there early or they all get taken. The beaches are the best I’ve seen anywhere!

Great centralized location to beach, shops, and restaurant. The property was clean, but visible signs of wear and tear throughout the rooms. Could use a refresh. Staff was nice and helpful. It's very difficult to get one of their designated loungers on the beach in a good spot unless you go at the crack of dawn and wait. Great for a short stay.

Port of Call is in a great location with access yo great restaurants and a 3 minute walk to the most beautiful beach in Grace Bay. It no wonder they Call Turks & Caicos Paradise! The staff were very professional and courteous.

I recently stayed at Ports of Call Resort in Turks and Caicos, and overall it was a fantastic experience—especially for the price point. One of the biggest highlights was the location. The resort is just a short, easy walk to Grace Bay Beach, which is absolutely stunning. Having access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world without paying direct beachfront prices was a huge plus. The complimentary breakfast was another standout. It was convenient, well-stocked, and a great way to start each day before heading out to explore or relax by the water. It added real value to the stay and made mornings stress-free. For the price, Ports of Call offers excellent value in Turks and Caicos. You get a clean, comfortable place to stay in a prime location, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, without the high cost of the larger luxury resorts.

The staff was not friendly or helpful. The pool and pool area was dirty and always crowded. We did not even put a foot in the pool or hot tub nor did we sit by the pool once. In fact, we stayed at another hotel for a few days to find some enjoyment. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Room had a leak from bathroom upstairs and the safe did not work. Advised desk and an entire day wet by and no repair was made. Eventually I was able to Get a new room for one night. Staff was pleasant through process but lacked action.

Gross. Dirty. Disgusting breakfast. Hotel is not maintained at all. Front desk is SO NICE. THAT’S THE ONLY REASON I EVEN GAVE ONE STAR. Other than that, this place is incredibly overpriced, and it’s completely disgusting. I did not sleep all night, and I checked out after 1 Night

The room was clean. We had stayed here 2 years prior and were told that there were upgrades in the interim. We did not see them if they were there. The room was comfortable and clean Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working the first night we were there. It is hot there with no air. At 7 am we alerted the front desk who told us the maintaince man would be in at 8 am. My displeasure comes more from my interaction with the manager rather than an appliance mishap. He basically told me it was out fault for not telling someone at 3 am. (this is a small hotel--only people there are 3 am are security and one front desk person) He claimed that they could ?? have fixed it. Or moved us to a different room. I replied that even under those circumstances , we would have been distubed. There was no mention of I am sorry or can we make it up to you. was disappointed at this response and it did ruin our first night. I have met the owner and he is a lovely gentleman. I think he should know that his staff needs better training on handling unfortunate situations. Aside from that, Our only other issue was with the TV with routinely was not working. We did have maintenance come in and fix it several times. Oh and a bathroom door lock needed to be adjusted to work properly but that was addressed quickly and fixed Our first stay was great. After the second, not so sure I will be back.

The room was clean and had a nice sitting area. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were on the 3rd floor and wished it had an elevator. But it was good exercise! Had a shuttle to the beach which was also walkable. Overall, it was a good resort, budget friendly and near many restaurants and other amenities.

Maintenance of rooms was poor. First room ac was loud and the refrigerator was inoperable however the replaced right away. We “upgraded” to veranda room for two nights and the tv had two lines down the tv due to a pixel issue and there was construction across the hall. They removed the upgrade fee but did not replace the television. Staff at front desk, gentleman was terrific, and check in but person we shared feedback about second room was not nice at all. Breakfast was inconsistent. Some days good, some not. Who wants hot hard boiled eggs for breakfast?
