「This property was just as advertised-immaculate and beautiful with a great view of the ocean. The owners were extremely helpful in preparing us for our stay and were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The property was very well-kept and centrally located to beaches/restaurants. Would stay here again without hesitation.」

Few minor things to improve property- new umbrellas, kitchen staples such as salt, pepper, seasonings, more towels. Definitely would stay here again.」

「Beach Enclave was stunning. Satheesh our butler was amazing and went over the top to make our stay great. If you are looking for quiet and calm shallow water I’d stay in long bay. If you want deeper water with waves I’d stay on the grace bay side.」

「Villa Renaissance was a fabulous choice for our family. We booked room 602, a two bedroom unit. It was decorated very nicely, had a fully functioning kitchen, and washer dryer. We loved that the unit was close to the pool, lobby and resort exit to town, all very convenient. 「We stayed for one night until our long-term residence was available. Location is amazing! Service was excellent and very clean! They have a small restaurant, pub, pool, hot tub, ping pong, and games on site. If you are looking for a smaller, quaint place to stay, I would highly recommend!」

「It was a beautiful beach and ocean」

「We had a great week visiting the Turks and Caicos island and overall enjoyed our stay at Paradise Villas. We found communication to be slow and at times repetitive messages needed to be sent to get a response- despite this check in and check out went smoothly and we had no issues. It is advertised that there is a safe in the room- there is not. Restaurant access was fairly limited, but we didn’t mind walking and cabs were easy to come by. 「Nice place to stay but a little far from the main restaurants and bars of grace bay. On Thursdays is very convenient because is a very short walk to the fish fry. They do offer to take you to the beach on a golf cart and they offer bicycles. Big rooms cold AC, nice pool!」

「Beautiful rooms and landscape, but you will need to take a cab anywhere. The location is distant from beach and downtown. Cabs are very expensive (US$23 per person/anywhere) and only accepts cash. Please bring plenty of cash because ATM are ALL out of service in the island. 」

「We stayed for 3 nights of our 7 night trip. I’m glad we only did 3 nights, it is about 25 minutes from the shops and restaurants at grace bay. The host was super nice and communicative. The property and pool was very nice but during our stay there was a lot of mosquitos to the point of not being able to stay outside past 4:30pm (not the condos fault but something to know before you go). It’s a much less expensive option than grace bay but you get what you pay for.」
