「Beautiful adult, clean, friendly staff place. No complaints」

「The property and room were excellent. Very clean and well kept. Housekeeping was also very good. I felt very safe while on the property. The tv programming and quality was terrible. The broadcast would frequently break up and premium channels like Cinemax had long commercials. You couldn’t mirror your phone onto the tv to watch movies. Also they should have been more forthcoming with the fact that all of the “included” water sports could be unavailable due to the ocean conditions. We couldn’t...

「I feel like everybody who worked at this resort wished they worked anywhere else. Never helpful, we asked the front desk for towels or umbrellas or other help and always felt like we were a bother. Basic amenities like a simple bottle of water weren’t available and the gift shop with expensive water closed at 6. Frankly skip this spot」

「It was a great stay, smaller boutique style hotel. Staff is very friendly, food was good, room was spacious. Great experience overall.」

「The doors for the bathroom and shower are shared and rather awkward. They dont fully close on one side either (Shower).」

「部屋もプールも海も素敵でした」

「Wonderful!」

「Excellent resort beautiful and well kept staff was great and very accommodating. Will definitely be back!」

We encountered numerous issues during our stay, including extremely loud and leaking AC, a malfunctioning screen door, water dripping from the ceiling, an unpleasant bathroom odour, no hair conditioner, and a sticky, dirty hair dryer. The robes were stained and worn, and we were only given one robe...

「Great place for couples looking for privacy and romance. Jerome at the Cove bar is just excellent! Kiki at the front desk is just super helpful. And Artie, our driver, was just as warm and friendly as he could be. The view from our villa was disappointing. As this is a terrible time of year for the Atlantic Ocean. Tons of seaweed. But have no fear, the other side of the island is a different ocean that is as clear and beautiful as humanly possible. The food is amazing. The staff was...

「As soon as we arrived to the hotel the staff was beyond welcoming — They upgraded our room without asking, the room was beautiful, clean and modern - everyday housekeeping - good amenities with 2 pools the spa was great —-the food was good not the best could be improved but mostly the service was beyond impeccable from front desk to housekeeping everyone was happy and seemed to love their jobs — with any inquiry or modification we had, they went above and beyond - airport shuttle service and...
