The staff at all levels were courteous. The rooms were stocked dailey. The food choices were very good for an all inclusive with speciality night restaurants. At this resort and the Blue Haven. This is my third time at this resort and they are updating the rooms which was nicely done. The Fish deck restaurant was a great by being remodeled and an improved menu and excellent wait staff.

Small resort with a ton of amenities for all ages. The staff made our stay wonderful. Each person we met was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our vacation. Special mention for Marjorie’s who seemed to be everywhere at once armed with a smile that never quit. She was amazing! Visit to Blue Haven convinced us that we need to return to Turks and Caicos to Alexandra and Blue Haven!

I have stayed at Alexandra beach resort 3 times in the last 5 years. This has been by far the best stay. The rooms have been updated, the food was five- star and every staff member we came into contact with was kind, responsive, professional and genuine. Whatever has been put in place for training and amenities is really evident. We will be back!

Stayed in a one bedroom Suite, room was beautiful, loved the two balconies, view was amazing out to the ocean (even for non-oceanfront). One thing missing was a hot tub. Loved having bikes to ride down to Salt Mill area. Took the shuttle up to Blue Haven twice for dinner at Fire & Ice. Staff were great, dealing with hurricane/tropical storm warnings, preparing guests with food on hand and answering any questions. Great place, would stay again.

THE best!!! The Alexandria was everything and more for our family of four (college age kids). The aura is everything and it is a place young families, newly coupled, singles, orders and Youngers can enjoy everything the Turks & Caicos has to offer. It was busy enough to feel festive but, we never lacked the ability to find a seat and place for our entire family. Each day is topped off by an incredible view of the Turk's, on fire, sunsets! The room was newly redone, clean and appropriate with one bedroom and adequate pullout/rollout options... rooms were redone and pretty. Spacious balcony with full dining AND lounge seating with exquisite view of the ocean-- completely worth the extra. Food was UNBELIEVABLE-- all buffets, restaurants, bbq's were restaurant quality and plentiful, beyond belief. Drinks and liquor over-flowed from coffee bars, smoothie banquets, bars on beach, on resort and in pool... nothing we asked for they didn't serve-- had specialty drinks and all of our hometown favs, as well. Food was available all times and all days for the taking and enjoying. Staff was so kind and accommodating, at every turn-- we wanted for nothing and requests were always met with expedient and positive response. There are not enough words to convey how extraordinary The Alexandria Resort is... its access to The Blue Haven is such an added bonus and a great escape to another impressive, accommodating resort. Thank you, The Alexandria... We will be back!!!

Alexandra was a very nice all-inclusive. Food decent to good. Coconut bar had excellent bar tenders in Skyers, Kaelin, and Milton (?). Beach was wonderful. Worth the trip.

Such a beautiful and calming place to be! Everyone there was so, so welcoming, and the food options were lovely, particularly breakfast--which ran until 11am! Families were very welcome and entertainment activities abounded, but the atmosphere was never too loud or overbearing. Also: It's situated on one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. Gorgeous island, wonderful people, GREAT vacation!
