「1. They moved our room three (3) times over two (2) days to get an air conditioner that worked. The 1st night we slept in 85 degrees. They comped $150 dinner. 2. The second room they moved us on Day 2 smelled like smoke and did not get any cooler than 84 degrees. This is a non-smoking property. 3. At 7pm on Day 2 they moved us to our third room, Room 314M, on the ground floor. We paid for a balcony view. The exterior door facing the property DID NOT LOCK. 「I had an amazing stay at this hotel while celebrating my birthday in Turks and Caicos! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They truly made my birthday trip feel special and made my entire stay so pleasant and relaxing. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I really appreciated how attentive everyone was. I would definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!」

「The resort and people were amazing especially Ericka, Jane, and Sherry!!! Erika works at the boutique, Jane greets you for breakfast, and Sherry is usually at the swim bar. They make everything feel seamless. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I think the rooms could use smart tvs for better television watching and they need outlets by the bed to allow technical device charging. I would definitly stay here again when going back to Turks & Caicos!」
