「Absolutely the best place to stay! We went for our honeymoon and had such an amazing time. Staff was so incredible and friendly! We enjoyed Saturday especially when local vendors came in. 「Worst hospitality I've experienced. Location is great. facility is nice and modern. However we think staff's hospitality couldn't be worse. They don't intend to care of the guest AT ALL. When we checked-in, no one was at the reception. We found a staff in the office and ask her to check-in, but she said she felt cold and seemed not to want to spend the time to explain about the hotel at the reception outside. 「Accommodations were immaculate. Response from hotel was fast and accurate. Hotel is right on the beach. Amenities plentiful and super comfortable.Great stay! One small downside, it's about 10 min from town but there isn't much to do there except to visit Ana's Art Gallery store. Bought a gorgeous vase there (with only their word) that they shipped free. Arrived in a little over a week! Loved Turks and Caicos!」

「The Zenza Hotel was absolutely amazing. It overlooks the marina which was nice. The staff was top notch and very friendly giving great recommendations on dining and activities. When I visit Turks again there’s no question where I’m staying.」

「Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star.」
