「I would like if the Ritz would provide complimentary transportation to some of the restaurants and shopping.We payed 60 dollars to go to Vita on the Rocks one way (we got ripped off by taxi driver)they take advantage of the tourists which I didn’t like.But will return with a different game plan on eating which is very expensive also,and screening taxi driver fares the next time we come,the water there is the best I’ve seen and very inviting.」

「Worst hospitality I've experienced. Location is great. facility is nice and modern. However we think staff's hospitality couldn't be worse. They don't intend to care of the guest AT ALL. When we checked-in, no one was at the reception. We found a staff in the office and ask her to check-in, but she said she felt cold and seemed not to want to spend the time to explain about the hotel at the reception outside. She explained very quickly how to open our room's door, but nothing else about...

「ビーチフロントの部屋が良いです。このロケーションは他のビーチリゾートでもなかなかないと思います。この島はレストランのカテゴリーがみな同じで値段も高いので食事はスーパーで食材を買って部屋で調理するのが良いと思います。」

「This property was clean!! I can emphasize enough how clean everything was. In my opinion, it was also very modern. I felt very comfortable sleeping each night, not only because there was 24hr security once the office closes, but the beds were soft, sheets were clean and we did not see one bug inside of our room the entire stay. The property is very small; I would guess maybe 20 rooms total. There were 3 restaurants within walking distance. Because it is not a resort with things to do on site, I...

「We did a Thursday to Monday trip. It was very relaxing as it was a slow time in September. Room was clean and the Ocean view was amazing. Most of the staff was nice some of them were not as energetic as others. Food at the jojo’s restaurant was good, fish was there. Beach was nice and well kept. We will definitely be back 」
