It’s right in heart of all the shops & restaurants all walking distance. We didn’t need a car, 3 minute walk to beach on a cement walkway. The elevator wasn’t working, we were on the 3rd floor, fine for us but fyi if someone has trouble with stairs. Room was clean, pool was a bit small but only 24 rooms in the boutique hotel

Front desk personnel good-room clean but lacking in amenities (no Kleenex or do not disturb sign) and screen on slider torn-also only 2 hangers-safe difficult to use-and shower head had to be replaced-also maintenance guy & cleaning lady very unfriendly-also snack & beverage case was pretty empty-would not stay here again-also advertising makes it sound like it’s on beach-location was very good-could walk to everything-also it should be stressed there’s no elevator!!

the unit we stayed in was not up to date the AC leaked and made a big puddle of water in the room , shower wasn’t cleaned .. I watched housekeeping mop the floor without sweeping

It was a perfect place to stay regarding the location to everything ! 2 minute walk to beach .free lounge chairs and towels provided everyday. Staff willing to help when possible.( Sometimes an issue due to language barrier with a few staff). Pool very clean and nice . Small but nice . The outdoor furniture was comfortable by pool and on balcony. However , due to the light color it seemed quite dirty and stained . Beds and rooms cleaned most days . If asked for a bed change if it did not happen that day staff was more than willing to accommodate. I definitely would stay here again in the future !

Yes, the beach was excellent. The hotel sponsored beach area was nearby, very easy to get there, view excellent, chairs &!umbrellas were perfect, & the water was fabulous!

Perfect location, close to all the restaurants and attractions. The only minor issue was a miscommunication about housekeeping. Since we stayed for four nights, it would’ve been nice if the cleaning crew came by once to tidy up. Aside from that, everything else was great. Definitely recommend

There was a very bad smell which the receptionist claims it is from the Neibor and they can’t do anything!!! There is no elevator for 3 story building. There was no paper towel in the room. The regular towel was ripped. There was no room service.

Toilet was plugged in our first room when we got there. The air conditioning did not work well in our second room and the bathroom door bottom hinge was loose causing the door not to open and close correctly. Our 3rd room was better and we were thankful that they allowed us to switch rooms. They could spend a little time picking up some of the trash laying around the grounds. Pool was well maintained. Not sure if the owner cares about their property because it appears that they don’t.

Great location in Grace Bay. We were able to walk to the majority of places we wanted. Nice section of chairs on the beach as well. The staff was helpful with calling taxis and the room was clean. While the rooms have recently been updated. Please understand this is not a luxury property. Water in the shower is warm, not hot. The bed is very firm. Door to our room was questionable- sometimes took several tries to get the lock to catch. The security of the in room safe is also questionable (nothing was stolen). Overall if location and price are most important to you, this place is great. If you’re looking for more comfort and amenities and able to increase your budget maybe consider other options.

This was a very convenient & fun stay. You can walk easily to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful & kind. My daughter & I had a relaxing visit enjoying the beach & the sun!

There is not a beach view from the hotel. It is about 3 blocks away but there are chairs and umbrellas that can be used if you walk to the beach. The room was clean and all of the amenities were good. The location was great!

AC remote not working Remotes for TV poor operation Bathroom needed total renovation- very poor water pressure in the shower - drain in sink not working No tissues!! Tile and grout - broken and dirty The room safe - low batteries! Had to be replaced USB ports not working One of the worst hotels ever!! Never again! Actually want a REFUND of some nature .. Spent so much time going to the office to resolve issues! Staff was helpful

Clean hotel, very nice staff. Good pool area. Easy walk to a beautiful beach and many restaurants and bars in close distance. It is a good, basic place to stay. Very affordable, on a mostly high priced island.

The bathroom water was dripping, and all the doors were difficult to open and close, making a loud noise. No one cleaned around the pool area during our stay. However, the staff was very friendly. The beach is beautiful and about a 7-minute walk away.
